The Broner Inventory Management Module optimises logistical processes by monitoring and managing energy & consumables usage, and  finished and unfinished goods movement, storage and shipment.  

It ensures accurate inventory status and provides visibility of the available stock in the various storage locations, thus contributing to on-time delivery.

Inventory Dispatching Module

• Provides the capabilities to issue required material movements to support schedules from the Planning & Scheduling system

• Report stocks of consumables

Inventory Tracking Module 

• Manages changes to location and position of pieces as material is moved allowing accurate inventory of stock in various locations
• Warehouse management - where to locate slabs or coils or any product piece in stockyards and temporary storage areas

Inventory Data Management Module

• Provides functions for the storage and analysis of historical inventory data
• Product inventory, Consumables inventory
• Inventory movement transactions e.g Mass Balance, Scrap steel management
