Equipment Management

The Broner Equipment Management solution provides functionality for monitoring the equipment status and usage in order to get information about production performance as well as notifications for maintenance needs.  It provides functions for the storage and analysis of historical downtime and work time data.

Equipment Execution Module

• The Downtime Monitoring component collects and manages all equipment events
• Work Time Monitoring gathers data relating to the replaceable parts of the production process which suffer from wear or consumption, and which need to be replaced or re-worked

Equipment Data Management Module

• Collects and manages data on all equipment & work-time events and provides analysis and reporting
• Down-times
• Machine and work centre performance
• Analysis of tools wear and evaluation of better tool vendors or improvement of maintenance schedules
