PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements

Essential:

Degree level or similar qualification
Excellent written and spoken English
Minimum 3 years experience in Implementation of integrated systems in a manufacturing environment
Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain environment
Technical software background (specific training will be provided in the Broner products)
Good customer relationship skills, with a strong customer focus
Ability to work independently and with initiative
Ability to work under pressure and towards deadline
Be a good team player

Additional:

Knowledge and experience of Supply Chain Planning/Systems Implementation
Knowledge of manufacturing industry (Metals or other processing)
Specific experience of the Steel or Aluminium Industry
Business Consultancy experience
Knowledge of the following would be an advantage (but not essential):

Unix

Responsibilities

Business analysis to determine customer As-Is and To-Be business processes
Technical Installation, configuration and integration of Broner products into the customer business environment
Documentation of implementation deliverables throughout the entire project
Provide training and business consultancy to customers
Provide continuous technical and functional support to the customer throughout the entire project
Provide continued communication and feedback to the management and other members of the Broner team
Assist in post-project support and maintenance

C++ SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Requirements

Essential:

Graduate with 3+ years experience in software application projects using:

C++
SQL, ideally using Oracle DBMS and PL/SQL but knowledge of another DBMS such as Microsoft SQL Server will be considered

A strong knowledge of the English language is essential. You must be able to write, understand and discuss specifications and designs

Additional positives:

Knowledge of a process industry, particularly steel
Knowledge of Tibco Rendezvous integration software

Responsibilities

As part of the Broner Software Development Team, you will:

Develop and support the Broner Manufacturing Execution System
Develop and support the Broner Advanced Planning and Scheduling modules
You must be able to make frequent visits to other Broner offices and customer sites worldwide

QA ANALYST

Requirements

Essential:

Experience in preparing test documentation including test plans & test cases
Hands-on experience in executing system testing
An eye for detail
Good customer relationship skills, with a strong customer focus
Able to prioritise work
Ability to work independently and with initiative
ISTQB/ISEB Foundations certified
Strong written and spoken English
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience working with testing tools and fault tracking tools is desirable

Responsibilities

Quality assure all input documentation, including requirements and specifications
Develop and document test plans
Develop and document test cases
Perform testing to agreed standards and timelines
Prepare daily status reports to ensure visibility of project status to all stakeholders
Identify faults and report to developers with appropriate priority
Ensure that regression packs are updated for ongoing support
Ensure that all testing collateral is archived
Highlight deviations from established processes

DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST

Requirements

Essential:

Minimum 3 years experience in Technical Writing for Software Products
Fluent verbal and written English
Work in close coordination with Developers
Good customer relationship skills, with a strong customer focus
Ability to work independently and with initiative
Graduate preferred
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities

To produce Documentation, Diagnostic Messages and 'On Line Help'
To maintain existing documentation to support product versions
Active in identifying ways to improve the quality and content of documentation

PRODUCT INFRASTRUCTURE AND RELEASE COORDINATOR/SPECIALIST

Requirements

Essential:

Technical software background including some knowledge of Oracle and C++ C # SVN or similar configuration management tools
Knowledge of the following:
Testing skills
Technical commercial awareness
Excellent customer relationship skills, with a strong customer focus
Ability to work independently and with initiative
Degree level or similar qualification preferred
Strong written and spoken English

Responsibilities

Preparation, shipping and installation of product releases for customers
Management of sub-components upgrades
