IMPLEMENTATION AND BUSINESS CONSULTANT

Requirements

Essential:

• Degree level or similar qualification
• Strong written and spoken English
• Technical software background (specific training will be provided in the Broner products)
• Good customer relationship skills, with a strong customer focus
• Ability to work independently and with initiative
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning
• Knowledge of Manufacturing industry (Steel or other)

Additional:

• Technical skills:
  1. Unix
  2. Windows
  3. Oracle
  4. Basic programming knowledge
  5. Script writing (eg. Shell script, SQL, perl)
• Pre-sales or technical sales support

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to current projects – extensive on-site visits
• Implementation of Broner systems in the assigned area
• Provide coordination and communication between customers and UK technical teams
• Pre – Sales technical support to potential new customers
• Provide training and business consultancy to both existing and new customers

PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements

Essential:

• Degree level or similar qualification
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Minimum 3 years experience in Implementation of integrated systems in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain environment
• Technical software background (specific training will be provided in the Broner products)
• Good customer relationship skills, with a strong customer focus
• Ability to work independently and with initiative
• Ability to work under pressure and towards deadline
• Be a good team player

Additional:

• Knowledge and experience of Supply Chain Planning/Systems Implementation
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry (Metals or other processing)
• Specific experience of the Steel or Aluminium Industry
• Business Consultancy experience
• Knowledge of the following would be an advantage (but not essential):
1. Unix
2. Windows
3. Oracle
4. Basic programming knowledge
5. Script writing (e.g. Shell script, SQL, perl)

 

Responsibilities

• Business analysis to determine customer As-Is and To-Be business processes
• Technical Installation, configuration and integration of Broner products into the customer business environment
• Documentation of implementation deliverables throughout the entire project
• Provide training and business consultancy to customers
• Provide continuous technical and functional support to the customer throughout the entire project
• Provide continued communication and feedback to the management and other members of the Broner team
• Assist in post-project support and maintenance

C++ SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Requirements

Essential:

• Strong interest in C++ (Windows or Unix)

 

Additional

• Knowledge of MFC
• Knowledge of Oracle

Responsibilities

• Development for supply chain management application software, including Demand Management, Sales and Operation Planning, Availability To Promise, Capability To Promise, Advanced Planning and Scheduling, and Manufacturing Execution solutions:
1. Specification
2. Design
3. Coding
4. Testing
5. Implementation
6. Support
