Business Tune-Up provides help to the management in keeping the usage of the Broner decision support tools 'on track' with the changes of the business environment, ensuring they will keep getting the benefits they expect, and identifying opportunities to improve.

In today's more competitive market, business goals may need to be reviewed and changed more frequently than in the past, new plant equipment may come on-stream, and this may have an impact on the ability of decision support systems to continue managing the business with the same expected benefits. When the goals or plant equipment change, this may require changes to be implemented at the planning and scheduling levels, but often it might not be easy to identify what changes are required, and how/where they should be implemented.

The Business Tune-Up service provides assessment, analysis and recommendations, for tuning-up the business to take account of new goals or capabilities. This includes an annual audit, which will define strategies to improve the operation of the solution and re-align the decision support tools to the business objectives, including recommendations for enhancements where required.
