Application Consulting

If a review of business operations has determined that there are gaps between business requirements and the current operation of the existing Broner solutions, then these gaps have to be addressed by implementing changes to the Broner modules. Typically this will occur as a result of a Business Tune-Up service.

In order to do this, the Broner solution will have to be modified: by changing the software configuration, by changing the integration between various modules, or by the implementation of new modules.

The Application Consulting service provides consultant resources to the customer, to help the customer's own specialists in implementing the changes needed to achieve the goals defined by the management, and to align the usage of the solution to the desired outcome of the revised business requirements.

The service may also provide resources to help the customer maintain his skill levels in terms of user training and familiarity with the capabilities of new and existing Broner solutions. Frequently, we find that many customers are not utilising, or may not even be fully aware of, the full range of functionality that is available within the installed solution. In such cases Broner can provide consultancy to ensure training and/or familiarisation.
