David Mushin, Chairman

David was Executive Vice President at Aspen Technology, Inc. until early 2001, where his responsibilities included the Supply Chain business which he grew over a 2 year period to $100 million USD per year in revenues. He has extensive smaller enterprise software company experience having acted in 2001/2002 as CEO for a FTSE software company, and has served on the Boards of a number of VC backed software businesses.

Symeon Kassianides, Director

Symeon Kassianides founded Hyperion Systems Engineering Ltd. in 1993. Symeon has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company since its formation. Within Hyperion he is responsible for the overall management of the company, its strategic direction, its growth and its financial control. Over the years he has also been involved with various aspects of project work for the process and manufacturing industries.

Symeon holds a B.Sc. from MIT (1987) and a Ph.D. and D.I.C. from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine (1991), in Chemical Engineering. In June 1999 he was appointed as a Member to the Council of the Cyprus Stock Exchange. Since July 2000 he has also been a Member of the Council of Management of the Employers and Industrialists Federation of Cyprus.

Andreas Koulinos, Director

Andreas Koulinos has extensive international experience in the information technology sector. He worked as MIS Manager for Ernst & Young (Australia), IT Consultant in PWC (Cyprus), IT Director and Consultant for Pepsi Cola International (Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe) and IT Director for the NKS Shacolas Group.

During his career, he has managed the implementation of information technology systems in a number of sectors including finance, retail, distribution, logistics and e-commerce. He was also responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, undertaking systems evaluations and selection and evaluating technology investment opportunities.

Andreas Koulinos is a member at the Board of Directors of several private companies. He has a BEcon(Accounting) degree from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.
